Viruton® Pulver is a modern-generation 2in1 cleaning and disinfecting agent for invasive and non-invasive instruments. The innovative formula contains four enzymes (protease, lipase, amylase, and mannanase) for effectively removing dried organic dirt (blood, proteins, fats, secretions, excretions).

Usage: The powder does not require an activator. Measure the appropriate amount of water at a temperature of 25-30°C, then add the corresponding amount of powder for the desired concentration. Mix the solution, cover the container, and let it activate for 15 minutes, then mix again. The use of warm water (temp. 35°C) accelerates the dissolution of the powder. Small undissolved residues at the bottom of the container ensure the stability of the solution.
Immerse the instruments in water, ensuring they are completely submerged. After the specified exposure time (10 – 30 minutes, depending on the selected concentration), remove the tools from the solution and rinse with potable water (preferably sterile distilled or demineralized water). The uncontaminated solution is stable for up to 30 hours. Change the solution daily.
Example of use: To make a 2% solution, measure the required amount of water to dissolve the powder (980 ml of water and 20 g of powder).
Surface cleaning and disinfection (depending on the selected concentration): Spray medical device surfaces with a 1% solution or wipe with a cloth and let it act for 10 minutes. The product leaves a white residue on the disinfected surface, so it is recommended to clean with a single-use towel after disinfection.
The product has been awarded the CE2274 mark in accordance with the Medical Devices Directive, Device Class II.
The product has been tested in accordance with EN 14885.
