Loyalty program
We have created various loyalty programs to delight loyal customers with consistently better prices and surprise them with regular discount offers.
Becoming a loyal customer is simple, whether you are an individual or a company. Anyone who enjoys Cleanella and appreciates smart hygiene solutions, professional, and high-quality products both at work and at home can become a loyal customer.
The first level is the loyal customer, who receives
- always -5% off all regular-priced items (discount does not apply to already discounted items);
- surprises with promotional codes for specific product groups or the entire selection;
- information through newsletters about our activities, product introductions, popular or new products.
The second level is the student loyal customer, who is eligible for the student customer program:
- for your first purchase, we offer you a one-time discount of -15%, using the exclusive discount code provided by us.
- To use the code, please register or log in as a user on our online store.
- The discount code is not limited to a specific number of products – it is valid for the entire Cleanella online store, including, for example, the purchase of upcoming training sessions available on our online store. One code is valid per student, but that’s not all!
- enjoy a 7% discount on all purchases for the entire year – that’s 365 calendar days.
- After the initial use of the code, you are automatically enrolled as a student loyal customer. The discount applies only to logged-in users.
- we appreciate it if you join our newsletter, follow us on Facebook/Instagram (not mandatory).
The third level is the TOP loyal customer, who is eligible for the highest loyalty discount for the entire following calendar year:
- -10% (discount does not apply to already discounted items) on all regular-priced items for the entire following calendar year;
- special surprises with promotional codes for specific products or the entire selection;
- information through newsletters about our upcoming promotions, product introductions, popular or new products;
- we appreciate if you follow us on Facebook/Instagram (not mandatory).
How to become a TOP loyal customer?
If you have made at least 8 purchases from our online store within a year, with a total purchase amount of at least 600 EUR annually, we will give you a discount of -10% on all regular-priced items for the following calendar year (discount does not apply to already discounted items).
The status of a TOP loyal customer will be effective from the new year (January 1st).
How to become a loyal customer?
Firstly, you need the desire to be our loyal customer, then:
- register as a customer (as an individual or a company) on the Cleanella website;
- subscribe to the Cleanella newsletter;
- we appreciate it if you follow us on Facebook/Instagram (not mandatory).
The status of a loyal customer will take effect from the day after registration.
If you wish to exit the loyalty program?
- To opt out, please send a letter expressing your desire to unsubscribe to the email address: info@cleanella.ee
- If you unsubscribe from the newsletter subscribers’ list, your status as a loyal customer will automatically end.
When terminating the loyalty program, the client forfeits all benefits extended to loyal customers, and thereafter, the client will no longer be able to avail themselves of any discounts.
