4. Entry into force of the sales contract

The sales agreement enters into force upon confirmation of the order.

With the sales agreement of the goods, the online store undertakes to deliver the purchased goods to the Buyer and facilitate the transfer of ownership to the Buyer. The Buyer undertakes to pay the amount indicated on the invoice for the goods to the online store and accept the goods.

Orders for which payment has not been made will be canceled 3 days after the order is placed.

5. Delivery

After the sales agreement enters into force, the online store processes the order and hands it over to the logistics partners (Itella, Omniva, DPD) for delivery. The issuance of goods from the warehouse typically takes 1-3 business days. If the item is not in stock and needs to be ordered, the average delivery time is 2-4 weeks.

The delivery deadlines indicated on the online store apply from the moment the payment for the order is received.

To ensure prompt delivery, the Buyer must provide accurate and valid delivery information when entering delivery details. In case of inaccurate delivery information or failure to collect the parcel from the parcel terminal, the Buyer is liable for additional delivery costs.

The online store is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by delays from the logistics partner or due to force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, wartime situations).

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to unexpected stock depletion, the online store notifies the Buyer and refunds the paid amount (including the delivery costs) immediately, but no later than within 14 days.

6. Returning Merchandise

After receiving the order, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days. The standard form for withdrawal can be found here – Return Form.

Non-defective returnable goods must be undamaged and in working condition. If the condition of the returned item deteriorates, the Buyer is responsible for the decrease in value resulting from the use of the item only if the Buyer has significantly damaged the commercial condition of the goods and the sales value of the goods has therefore decreased.

The online store shall refund to the Buyer, without delay and no later than 14 days from the receipt of the returnable goods, all fees received from the Buyer under the contract. The online store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the item subject to the contract or until the Buyer has provided evidence that they have returned the item, depending on which occurs earlier. The Buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the withdrawal request or provide evidence that they have handed over the goods to the carrier during the aforementioned period.

Purchased goods cannot be returned if the ordered product has been manufactured according to the personal needs of the Buyer or according to the conditions provided by the Buyer and made to order. It is not possible to return items if it goes against health or hygiene requirements, such as opened packages of underwear and perishable goods.

The Buyer is responsible for the postage costs associated with the return.
