Using the Dry Wipes system is a safe and environmentally friendly alternative to spray systems. The use of moist wipes allows for precise dosing of chemicals directly onto the surface, without dispersing substances into the air. This significantly reduces both chemical leakage and the presence of volatile organic compounds in the work environment.
Since spraying poses the risk of hazardous substances lingering in the air for extended periods, workers’ respiratory systems are particularly at risk. The Dry Wipes solution reduces exposure to vapors, as all necessary liquid is already absorbed into the wipe, allowing the user to focus on safe, controlled cleaning.

Usage: The wipe roll is tightly wrapped in plastic to protect it from moisture and contamination. Using one liter of solution per bucket allows for effective disinfection of up to 2 m² of surface with a single wipe. You can easily adjust the moisture level of the wipes – the recommended amount of solution is usually between 500 ml and 1 liter. The 45 g/m² wipes have a porous structure that ensures good absorption and even distribution of liquid across the cleaned surface.
Place the refill pack of dry wipes into the bucket, making sure the roll is centered and stands upright. Set aside the label included in the package – it can be used to mark which solution is in the bucket, when it was prepared, how long it remains effective, and optionally the batch number.
Prepare a suitable soaking solution using the cleaning or disinfecting agent as needed. Pour the solution directly onto the wipe roll. Ensure the entire roll is evenly moistened. If necessary, moisten the lower part of the roll as well and gently turn it to ensure the whole roll is thoroughly soaked.
Once the wipes are moistened, remove the first wipe from the center and pull it through the lid opening. Then close the lid tightly to prevent evaporation and maintain the freshness of the wipes.
Always keep the bucket properly closed and open it only when replacing the wipe refill pack.
Before each refill, thoroughly clean the bucket and lid with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent to ensure the highest hygiene standards and prevent contamination.
Storage: Store the wipes in their original packaging. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight. After soaking, the wipes can be stored for up to 30 days.
