Athlete’s foot is one of the most common skin problems affecting the feet – according to studies, one in three people suffer from it. Infections often occur in public places where people walk barefoot: swimming pools, saunas, showers and changing rooms, gyms, or hotels. That’s why it’s important to prevent infection, not just start fighting it once athlete’s foot has already developed.
